This is the little square that lands on a member's phone home screen when they install your club. Most clubs are happy with the auto-generated version — but you can fully customize below.

▶ 📅 Season — dates, signups open or closed, when next season goes on sale
Every page, payment and renewal uses this season. When you close it, families paid for it stay members until January 1 of the next season; after that, anyone who hasn't paid for the new season (or isn't on a plan) can only use My family, the calendar and Ask the board.
Season is: closed shows your message on the member app and the club's page instead of today's hours, and members can't unlock the gate. New families can still sign up. Memberships are: frozen stops new families signing up.

When connected, every new application is automatically archived to your club's Google Drive: a frozen PDF of the signed waiver gets saved into a folder for the current year (e.g. "2026 Sign-ups"), and a new row is added to your master roster spreadsheet. One-way only — deleting something in this app never deletes it from your Drive.
